An Important Update for Against The Grain Outdoors
We wanted to share an important update with our customers
Andrew recently (October 15th 2026) suffered a serious arm injury and is currently recovering from surgery. The injury means he won’t be able to return to the saw for atleast 3-6 months ( we are hoping for 3) , and his recovery will affect our carving schedule.
We’ll be rescheduling existing orders based on the order they were received. Unfortunately, almost all current orders will be delayed by approximately 12 weeks. We’ll be contacting each client individually with an update about their order.
We are still accepting new orders, but the earliest completion date for new custom orders and on-site carvings is now July 2027
We know delays like this aren’t ideal, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you to our clients, friends, and community for your patience, understanding, and support while Andrew recovers. It means so much to our family and our business.
